Agility Intro

I introduced Limit to agility today! He is going to be a natural! He is super confident on all of the obstacles - he's soooo fun!

Today he was introduced to: dog walk, chute, tunnel, A-frame and we finished up with tugging and enjoying toy by Mom.

Two Month Pics

Limit is 2 months old/9 weeks old this week! He is 14 lbs and 13.5 inches tall :-)

Protection and Training

Kastle ran in his first flyball tournament on a team this weekend. Of course Limit came too. He was great. On the way home from that, we stopped at Schutzhund training and I let him come out and do some puppy biterag stuff. He he had a blast!

When we got home, I started his basement training sessions. He has a bit of puppy ADD so I did a lot of moving around/fun stuff to keep him with me and engaged. I introduced the perch, a small elevated board, the mini-A-frame (which he started doing a boxturn off of on his own!), chasing the hand/spinning, restrained recall and ended the lesson with some fun tugging!

At the Park

I brought Limit to the park today (8 week pics!) to meet a couple of friends and a couple of dogs. He is so darn cute! Ears are now attempting to come up...

I need to stop trying for group shots LOL They are always a disaster! It was extremely hot, extremely humid and I waited as late as I could for it to cool off and still have sunlight.

Limit meets The Pack

We drove to my parents' house after briefly stopping to pick everyone else up at home. That means Limit drove for several days in OR, flew overnight to MI, drove all the way across MI, then drove North to my parents'. THEN we introduced him to 7 more dogs: 3 intact males at that. He is SO STRONG. Nothing upsets him, he just cruises along in a very happy-go-lucky manner until something happens to make him stand up for himself (being stepped on primarily by larger dogs LOL) and then he goes back to happy boy. He's so fun!

Welcome to Michigan

Limit made it (and he held it the whole flight!)! I honestly took so many pictures I don't even know what to post!

He's such a riot. Super confident and outgoing, he loves to run, chase, tug, play. He trips and falls a LOT and it's spectacular and does not bother him one bit. He is very sweet and affectionate with me but a handful with Finn. I'm going to have to be careful with soft dogs - he is all about taking advantage and putting them where he wants him LOL. Going to be a handful for sure!
